This Privacy Policy explains how TradeCaddy LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

Scope. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Services. It does not apply to third-party services (such as broker-dealers, exchanges, custodians, financial institutions, payment processors, analytics providers, or app stores) even if the Services link to or integrate with them.
Important Clarifications About Financial Information. We do not request, store, or have custody of your brokerage account number, bank account number, routing number, debit card number, or private keys (except to the extent you voluntarily provide such information in support requests, which you should not do). If you choose to connect a third-party brokerage or exchange account, that connection is performed through the third party’s APIs and authorization flows. We may receive limited connection data (e.g., an access token, permissions scope, connection status, and account metadata) sufficient to provide the Services you request, but we are not a bank, broker-dealer, custodian, or wallet provider.
Information We Collect. We collect information in three categories: (A) information you provide; (B) information we collect automatically; and (C) information we receive from third parties (if you connect them).
1. Information You Provide.
  1. Account and profile information: name, email address, username, password (hashed), and optional profile details you choose to provide.
  2. Subscription and billing information: plan selection, transaction identifiers, billing postal code, and subscription status. Payment card information is handled by our payment processor(s) and is not stored by us.
  3. Communications: messages you send to us (e.g., customer support), survey responses, and feedback.
  4. User content (if applicable): settings you configure for strategies, alerts, watchlists, and other inputs you provide to the Services.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
  1. Device and usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referring/exit pages, time stamps, and interactions with the Services.
  2. Log data and diagnostics: performance data, crash logs, and error reports.
  3. Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and local storage to enable core functionality, maintain sessions, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings and (where offered) our cookie preference tool.
3. Information From Third Parties (Optional Integrations)

How We Use Information. We use information for the following business purposes:
1. Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and customer support.
2. Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
3. Process subscriptions and manage billing and renewals through payment processors.
4. Operate, analyze, and optimize the Services (including debugging, analytics, and performance).
5. Send service-related communications (e.g., account notices, security alerts, policy updates).
6. With your choices/permissions: send marketing communications (you can opt out).
7. Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property.
How We Disclose Information. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
1. Service providers: hosting, analytics, customer support tools, email delivery, security providers, and payment processors (acting on our instructions).
2. Third-party integrations you choose to connect: we exchange data with connected third parties at your direction to provide the integration.
3. Legal and safety: to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the Company, or others.
4. Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy (subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law).
5. With consent: we may share information if you direct us to do so.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. If we engage in practices that are considered “selling” or “sharing” under certain state privacy laws (e.g., certain targeted advertising activities), we will provide required notices and opt-out mechanisms.
Your Choices and Controls.
1. Account information: you may update certain profile information within the Services.
2. Marketing communications: you may opt out by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
3. Cookies: you can restrict cookies through browser/device settings; disabling cookies may reduce functionality.
4. Integrations: you can disconnect third-party connections in your account settings (when available) and/or through the third party.
U.S. State Privacy Rights (Including California). Depending on where you live and on applicable thresholds, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising or “sale/share” of personal information).

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/share, and to limit the use of “sensitive personal information,” as applicable). We will provide any required “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and Global Privacy Control recognition if required for our operations.

Data Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for using appropriate security settings (including multi-factor authentication where available).
Data Retention. We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and for legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason for processing.
Children. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International Users. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that we may process and store information in the United States and other jurisdictions where we and our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws.
Changes to This Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by other means, as required by law.
